Our current general pricing is below, we custom packages to fit each and every client we work with.
Keep in mind food and beverage minimum purchases apply. Our rental rates include several amenities as standard inclusions.

Monday to Thursday $1000 daytime/$2000 evening*
Friday & Sunday $3000*
Saturday Evening $4000*
*This rate does not apply to dates that fall on a holiday
Food & Beverage Minimum Purchase Required – See Below
Rental rates includes exclusive use of the venue with access to the entire venue and gardens.
Rental based on a 5 hour event with 4 hours set up and 1 hours tear down
Rental rate is inclusive of all 60” round tables, chairs, full length ivory linens,
napkins, venue cleaning fees, plenty of free parking, free WIFI, choice of house centerpiece.
Additional items and rentals can be arranged upon event requirements.
Onsite Ceremony (Inside)
For weddings, we offer our 2nd ballroom space for ceremonies,
4 hour use of the Bridal Suite & Groom’s Suite
Raised Stage with Accent Lighting
Use of Chapel Sound System for DJ or Plug and Play
One hour Rehearsal Time
Ceremony Coordinator Available – Additional Fees Apply
Onsite Ceremony (Outside) $500.00
Use of the Beautiful Garden Space
Includes Ceremony Chairs Set On The Lawn
4 hour use of the Bridal Suite & Groom’s Suite
Use of Portable Sound System for DJ or Plug and Play
One hour Rehearsal Time

FOOD AND BEVERAGE GUIDELINES
All food and beverage is required to be catered by the onsite, exclusive caterer, Culinary Art Catering.
Customized menus available upon request.
MINIMUMS
A food and beverage minimum of 4,000 required for Fridays and Sundays
5,000 required on Saturday evenings
